Customer that was treated bad

Yesterday on the 6th I bought a cologne at truworths Menlyn, which was given the wrong one, today I went back to exchange it, nd the lady by the name of Maria emp no *** was very rude to us, to a point of leaving us for another lady to step in nd help us 😢 we asked her if that's how she treats customers nd her respond was since u know my name what's yours, seeing nothing wrong with her actions or whatsoever, my question is are we the only customers to be treated bad by her or many? truwoths this is for u I need fit back please, because we also work with clients nd patients back we know the difference between or work place, home or play ground.</div>
