Customer services persons should be trained efficiently.

I was called by a customer services consultant who stated I had not made an April payment, however, I have the bank statement and statement from Truworths that states the amount has been paid. I told her I had made an EFT as I always do and she stated the payment was not showing. She was outright rude to me and very unprofessional being for insisting than assisting. I told Truworths to close my account with immediate effect as I do not need a person as such offending me and indirectly telling me I am not speaking the truth. I even offered to email the statements to her and she continued to go on about the payment.
