customer service stinks
I was just @a truworths store at kerk to purchase a pair of shoes as mine own broke so I entered your store was greeted by a very polite security at the entrance upon arriving at the shoe aisle the lady had such a bad attitude as I had to ensure the shoe fits in order to wear them after purchase she was not impressed with me sending her back to get a size six instead of size five I ask before anyway I went to the pos pay and your cashier(411469) seems amused and entertaining herself in my embarrassed moment even went to call another colleague to come and laughed at me even asked her did you see assuming I can't understand the language their speaking which absolutely unacceptable if that's how they treat their customers I would just pay the R700 balance and close the account for good.
