Customer service means nothing @Truworths Festival mall branch

Appalling Service at Festival mall branch. No regard for customer(Neziswa Nongogo) . Made to feel like a ******** making a purchase which was then rejected suspicious transaction apparently by me. Form of identification require from what so ever. Store manager(Buyiswa Tshandana) , her lunch was more important than seeing even in the absence of the supervisor.
