Customer service is ****
After many years of supporting your business im left totally frustrated. I went to te east rand mall branch, my child recently turned 1 and got a few gift from the truworths store. Labels stil on the items. all i wanted to do is exchange for a larger size, which they totally refused. Reason : must have a gift reciept. Now im not asking for cash or vouchers but just a diffrent size, one size up. But we treated like ****. Please get this resolved
