Customer Service Fail
<p>I have a truworths account that I have never defaulted on , on the 30 November 2016 the MD at the company I am currently working at advised that he cannot pay our salaries due to cash flow problems and are awaiting payments from clients , he provided us with a letter that I sent through to Truworths to advise . </p> <p>I have been harrsed ever since , last week I requested a settlement letter from Truworths to settle and close the account in last week because I am tired of this abuse , On saturday I received another call and this morning a very ubrupt gentleman also called me demanding payment when i advsied that I am awaiting a settlement letter he said I must pay by the 20th and what is a settlement letter , he will give me the total and I must just pay . </p> <p> </p> <p>Please send me the settlement letter I have requested otherwise I will be putting Truworths in the paper for harra*****t and abuse . </p>
