Truworths in Tubatse Crossing. Demeaning and poor service. Their ques are always long with lot os staff on the floor n only two til operators, other departments are closed n when u request additional operators the manager will tell u about lunch or less hrs they get from head office. The store is damn hot with air conditioners that r not working, staff members r not friendly. If one is intending to buy Just give yourself 5hrs to spec in the store. You compl To customer care they literally don’t bother to assist? In short, they support the poor service one receives from the store.
