Customer Service at Blue Route Truworths

Thank you to Truworths Blue Route. I went to return a perfume that I bought for my wife there which was definitely defective and the manager and staff really went the extra five miles to sort out the problem. Eventually they managed to track down the supplier agent who authorised a refund (no replacement in stock).

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the initial response was the standard "log a client query" and we will contact the supplier. I had to insist that my arrangement is with Truworths and not Estee Lauder but once we got beyond that the service was impeccable.
