no use to order an item online and thereafter asked to follow a queue in-store to collect.
All other retailers do not have this kind of service, it is seamless and no queue.
Is it fair that when an order is placed online..the order is billed to our account and now have to wait to receive our order.
Terrible experience dedicate tills for online pickup!

It's many months that you have launched online purchase but you still yet to make a change.
