Customer rights denied and bad service

Good day I would like hello peter to help me please.

I have bought shoes at Truworths Centurion on 2 July 2020, I went home with the shoes and realized that they are not as comfortable as I thought, I am 8 months pregnant and these are high heel shoes.

I took back the shoes back for a refund on 8 July which was just about 6 days later, when I got to the store I was told by both the Cashier and the service. Manager that they will not take the shoes back as they look like they have been worn. When I bough the shoes, they were already on half price sale and were not very clean, one could tell that was the reason that they had already been half priced marked.

As a consumer I have a right to return products that I am not happy with wothin the allowed time by the product provider.

My right as a customer has been denied, and the attitude and service I received was very bad and I would like hello peter to help me take this further. I still have the shoes and the customer receipt. Another woman whom I think is a manager was also very rude and told me to go ahead report this.
