customer lost forever
I was a customer for over 35+ years , and never ever skipped one payment, but today i've had it. Your are getting sms's ,phone calls urging you to make a payment. How desperate must you be for R542.00 ,from a customer that never skipped a payment.,Oustanding balance R1153.00 Do they think when they inform me that if i close my account I can never open it again,What type of scare tactic is that ? but you are not interested and find out why am I so upset. Be assure I do not have any means to open an account again with your company

06 Sept 2021, 11:51Hi Melinda,
When an account reflects in arrears, correspondence regarding the status of the account is automatically sent to the customer. This is done as a reminder that your creditworthiness is an asset and staying up to date with payments is an important part of managing your account.
We can confirm that your account has been closed and a closure letter was sent to you.
Kind regards,
Truworths Online Team
