The debtors office has poor customer service as their system calls non-stop even when you have already talked to one of the consultant but still they keep insisting on calling. Worst part is the agent's attitude towards me when I keep insisting that I ALREADY TALKED TO SOMEONE ABOUT PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT!!!! but still they tried to make it seem like its my fault. Honestly having an account with this company is not worth the amount of harrassment they are putting me through not to mention the attitude I keep getting from their personnel. And if its not their debtor's office it's their slow delivery service, seriously, I waited two weeks for my delivery. Luckily I managed to get it but compared to other company, Truworths has to be the slowest operating company with policies that work to the disadvantage of their customers.
