Hello, I bought a pair of shoes at Truworths and due to my house being under renovations I took long to wear them and when I wore them the first time I found that they are defected and I tried to return them to the store and they refused to take them back saying it's over 6mnths and the terms and conditions say nothing about defected merchandise, I even called their H/O they gave me an email address to send my complain to however they didn't help me, I am so disappointed by their service to treat me this way now I have shoes that I will never be able to wear again.

18 Apr 2021, 23:29Thank you for the reply however at the back of u're slip it does not say anything about defected merchandise, if you don't trust or belive me go and check it's talking about a normal return which is 30 day, even though my shoes were neat and clean.

18 Apr 2021, 23:52Now I am stuck with a shoe that I cannot use however you took my money this is not fair. That shoe is lace and leather and it looks like it was never sewn properly and you refuse to take it back even if it's your fault.
