Customer care giving me a run around

Truworths customer care is bad you send a email they say must phone to do a verification on your account , when you phone and give all your information and verification questions answered , they tell you go instore to verify again. I already when instore with my ID and activated my card but I can't buy online. I'm trying to avoid going instore but now must go in for a second time.
