Credit limit restrictions

Good day

Please assist me. My Account is up to date at all times. I always make sure that it stays up to date. But I am really disappointed with this store as I am unable to purchase because I am given a limited credit limit which has never increased since I have opened the account. I really love to purchase at truworths but my credit limit forbids me to enjoy my account.
