Credit bureau removal

<p>Good day </p> <p>I had an account **********ly opened against my name with truworths of which they ended up handing my name to credit bureau.</p> <p>Contacted them and they requested some documentation for the investigation of which I provided them, after they did their investigationsite the lady by the name of shaheeda ederies from their ***** department contacted me and told me that they are sorry for the inconvenience and that my name will be removed from the credit bureau which was dated 20th February 2017.</p> <p>To my surprise till today my name has not being cleared from the credit bureau, tried contacted the lady and she told me to find out which bureau did they list me on.</p> <p>I have attached the letter of which they sent...I wish I could find the end to this, it's amazingly frastasting the hell out of me.Please help.</p>
