CREDIT BUREA UPDATING

Since I have settled my account by 27.06.2023 still truworths has not updated my profile. Its been 3 months however it still reflects that am in arrears and I have called them many times but still. I logged a case with Hellopeter before and promised by one of Truworths customer service that it will resolved but i am still waiting. Please urgently update my profile
