Thank you for your post.
Truworths (as with any credit granting company), submits information regarding payment profiles of our customers to all Credit Bureau on a monthly basis as required under by the National Credit Act (NCA). This record is a true and accurate reflection of the manner in which you have conducted your account, and we are unable to remove or alter the information in any way.
An update regarding the status of your account will be sent to the credit bureau. However, your record held with them will still remain on your payment profile for twenty four months from the date that the outstanding balance on your account was settled.
