CPA broken and unfair treatment

I am disappointed in the level of the Truworths management and staff, including the customer complaint line and email address. I logged a complaint telephonically and I also emailed the complaint department, the area manager and the store manager but I have not received any feedback regarding my complaint of the incident that took place at Truworths Menlyn, when the staff members **** to us and also sold us an item for R500 more than the price we saw and now they do not want to rectify the mistake.
