I have recently opened up an account at Truworths. My problem is that the accounts department cannot leave messages on a persons cell phone. It is just courteous. I usually do not answer numbers I do not know but Truworths name came up and realised what it was for. In todays society it does not harm a person to be courteous. What is so wrong about leaving messages. It is called customer service. Believe me Truworths are not the only company that does this but believe me it is highly irritating,.
