Courier forever

I bought an UZZI belt online which was on special and the response I got was it will be delivered to the branch within 5-7 WORKING days and I had no problem with it. It has passed the time frame and I went to the collection point twice thinking maybe it has not updated that it is delivered. No one cared to communicate with me and it has been with the stupid courier forever so I want it cancelled and I want my Truworths account refunded because it seems that maybe it was catered for "special customers", so I do not care anymore but take it back and refund my account
