Continuous pestering for monies not owed to Truworths by VVN

<p>Over the last few months starting last year, I have been receiving calls from VVN Attorneys claiming that my son owes Truworths money and have been handed over to them.</p> <p>Even though I have told them that my son has had no dealings with Truworths and does not have an account with them, they continue to pester me wanting to speak to him.</p> <p>I have given them my email and told them to send me the details so that I can deal with the issue.</p> <p>No emails have been received and today the bloke confirmed the email address and said they would immediately send me the details.</p> <p>Once again nothing has been received.</p> <p>I am wary of giving any personal information to anyone over the telephone, hance my request for an email.</p> <p>The "consulants" have also in the past refused to give me their names.</p> <p>If my son legitimately owes Tryworths money surely they would have all his details from when he opened his account with them and could have passed these details on to VVN.</p> <p>I just do not trust the modus operandi of Truworths or the VVN Consultants.</p>
