Good day

This morning I got an SMS fro Truworths credit collector stating that my payment is overdue.

I opened my account in December 2020 and asked that my account should have a debit order as I can't always go into store to do payments. I am under the impression that your customer service is great but apparently that doesn't seem to be the case. My debit order was NEVER activated so I had to call your customer service to sort out your lack of nucleus. Unfortunately this will be reflect on my ITC as a slow payer and will affect my ability to make financial decisions in the future. And as we know this can be a substantial lawsuit as my name is being tarnished due to your disconnect and lack of good customer service. Contact me a.s.a.p so that YOU! can fix my ITC.
