I am very disappointed in the level of security you guys have in place. What does the POPI act mean if i am to be called each and every day to pay , numerous sms reffering to a person i do not know saying they must pay with their balances. I do jot have an account with truworths and even if i wanted to i dont think i would now. I have called in , went to mall of africa to say please change my numbers. I am not who you are looking for. Nobody cares. I am being harassed every day for something i do not know. At this point i an realy scared that they may even get to my information and commit *****.
