Consumer Policies
I specifically went to a Truworths branch to purchase cellphnes required.I was told I am restricted as to purchasing as I have not used the account in a while.I was out of the country,did not use my account,so now am banned to purchase items I need?

Our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Granting of Credit states that handsets may only be purchased once the customer's account has to be in active use for a period of six months, and only if Truworths merchandise has been purchased regularly on such an account.
We regret that we are currently unable to assist you with your request to make this purchase on your account. Only after six months, when the account is evaluated, may we possibly be able to allow such a purchase.
