CONGRATULATING AN EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE GIVEN BY STANLEY BHEBHE

All praises to Mr Stanley Bhebhe a Truworths Store Supervisor at the Mall of Africa for a very prompt and professional service rendered on the 12th January 2019.

Surely, such a man is a true asset to Truworths retailing store, he really deserves a rise against all odds.

He managed to amicably resolve a matter involving Ms Kathleen Augustine, Ms Zikhona as well as Mr Isaac Masilo who completely failed to help me and showed a lot of arrogance in the process.

After Mr Stanley Bhebhe got drawn in, he managed to secure my order online and assured me to receive it the following Thursday and that happened exactly as per promised.

I'm sharing this wonderful experience with you Robin @Customercareservice, to know that your customers are really in safe hands when Stanley is there.

A lot more good service can still be done to other fellow customers at other Truworths branches taking from what Stanley is able to do.
