Confused store assistant
Last weekend the 16th of December my husband and I went to buy a takkie for our daughter at OFFICE LONDON. The takkie we wanted they didn’t have her size so we ordered it and the sales assistant advised us that it would take 5 to 7 working days from the 1 st day we pay for it which was the 16-12-2017. Today my husband phoned the store which it needs to be delivered to and they advised us that it will only be delivered 5 to 7 days after Christmas!!! I am so ****ed off as my child needs to wear that takkie on Christmas Day! We already paid for it. Because your store assistant said it will take 5 to 7 days from the 1st day we paid I want the takkie delivered before Christmas. If she told us it was going to take that long in the beginning we were never going to buy it and get it from another store! I need that takkie at the bluff truworths before Christmas!!!
