Confused

So ive ordered shoes online on Monday and they have to deliver to me so its R440 for the shoes, and R60 delivery (today, (Friday)I get an email that they cancelled my order because the is no stock) they say they will refund my account, but they only refund R440 .... WHAT ABOUT THE R60 THAT YOU TOOK OF MY ACCOUNT FOR DELIVERY !!!!!!!
