Concerned about staff

I went to truworths at Kempton Park Kempton Square I was in a hurry I wanted a jacket for my dad. When I went there the was a lady who was seating on top of a steps and I ask for her assistance but she did not c to care about me or to say she did not have a customer services the face was saying something else I called another guy who was at the floor to assist me I wanted a belt the guy come but just for few second then he left me just like Dat. That staff they don't have customer services is like they have been foster to come to work
