Compliment for Faith Mohlala
<p>On friday the 13/01/17 i went to open a truworths account, the lady who helped me made a mess of things my application declined. She gave me a number to call so I could inquire about my declined application. I left the store made the call and found out my application was declined because the person processing my application put wrong information i was advised to go back to the store.</p> <p>I went back to the store this time i was assisted by Faith Mohlala. Who treated me with respect and made sure my information is fixed and I didnt have to wait 3months to apply again she was really awesome. </p>

It was however concerning to read that the initial consultant did not efficiently assist you in this regard.
