I recently had the pleasure of visiting Truworths Matlosana Mall. I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Her name is Karabo. She said and I quote "Welcome to Truworths ma'am". I found that very welcoming. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on the necessary items. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. There was a shoe I wanted but couldn't find it in store. She advised that we can order the item online. I don't have an account with Truworths but she told me it was still possible. She helped me order the item online on my phone. Not only did she complete the online purchase promptly, but she also went above and beyond by showing me how to do it every step of the way. I now know how to do it by myself. I will be coming to open an account by her soon. I highly recommend Truworths Matlosana Mall to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy services.
