Completely Ignored Me

I had selected some clothing to purchase to the value of R1,500. The gentlemen in the men's section could not help me at his counter and directed me to the main counter in the middle of the store. I got there and there was 1 till point open, yet 3 people behind the counter - 1 walked in to the back office a few minutes later. No one greeted me. I stood in the queue for up to 10 minutes with not so much as an acknowledgement from any one of the staff behind the desk. There was one customer in front of me and they were all laughing and joking like good ol' high school friends. At some point a lady who I could only assume was the manager shouted to the back office \guys, there's customers here\" and then darted a look at me without greeting me either. No one came out from the back office to assist. After another 5 minutes I dropped my stuff and walked out. I will not be returning to this disgrace of a store. It *****s the name of Truworths and is a shocking and poor reflection on their image. Incidentally, I have never been welcomed by any staff member when in this store... it's like they are ungrateful to have jobs. Truworths please hire people who give a damn about people."
