Complaints

On the 24 April I placed an online order and it was supposed to be delivered on the 5th up today there is no sign of delivery. When I track the order is say it was involved on the 7th how? And delivery will be the 5th? I requested for a call on the 7th and no one contacted me. If you are thinking of placing an online order consider other shops because Truworths has no sense of urgency and have 0 client service.
