My mom bought a phone yesterday at Truworths then when she arrived home only to find out that it uses one sim card and she wanted the one that use duel sim when she reach home she didn't use it at all today she gave me the phone she wanted exchange but Malebo Malatjie the manager at truworths acornhoek mall refused saying she won't help no exchange for a phone and there's nothing I can do about it. but the terms and conditions says nothing about that and I have 7 days to return it. I'll be glad if you can help me please

28 Mar 2022, 17:50I've tried to call the head office they refers me back to the manager which she told me to call MTN company which i did but still no luck that's why I decided to write my problem here
