Complaint Truworths

To whom it may concern,

I called your call center on Saturday, regarding a order and the OPT number been sent to my old cell phone:***,I did go to the truworths store and online to change my cell phone number yo ***, I keep getting call ftom Truworths onmy old cellphone.

Upon my call on Saturday to your call center after giving them all the relevant information they dropped the call in jy ear.

I received a call today from a extremely unprofessional rude lady Claudina Johansen.if I had to rate this lady I would give her a minus 10.

Extremely disappointed and unprofessional service from Truworths.
