Complaint Truworth

Hi Purchased a dress online for my daughter,when received dress was damaged and Even had a green sticker showing the damaged area.When my daughter went to return dress store did not accept to credit because I needed to be present.The dress was delivered to a store in zJoburg and I live in Durban.Store manager was very unhelpful.Will like to hear from this group as they should pride themselves on quality and customer service.Very disappointed customer.
