COMPLAINT! REPEAT PATHETIC SERVICE!

Truworths online is a nightmare with my purchases having being delivered to someone else and me receiving another customers items in packaging with my contact/delivery information...

I have sent numerous emails to Truworths to query.

Also have had this problem before and I was forced to pay for all items even though I did not receive these!

This is the worst retail outlet...staff are not friendly and I receive responses after a week or so stating that someone from the shop will call me!!!

Extremely annoying and unprofessional...

Worst online sales service ever!
