Complaint on Truworths poor service

I've had a bad experience with Truworths regarding my account where they allowed someone else to make to different purchases at 2 different Truworths stores in the Rustenburg area and I reside in Pietermaritzburg I phoned Truworths head office they said report it too Truworths ***** division which I did this was two weeks ago up to today no phone call from Truworths although I left 2 messages no one calls me back it leaves me very disappointed and it looks to me like ***** must be a common thing at Truworths because they don't have proper producers in place to protect their customers I hope The CEO of the company reads this message when they do decide to sort this matter out it would be too late because I am going to close my account very frustrated and cant believe a company of this magnitude offers such poor customer service
