Complaint

Absolutely disgusted. I emailed a complaint regarding an Estee Lauder product. H/O advised that I take the item back to the store for the store manager to assess. The store decided to refer it to an Estee Lauder rep. 12 days later no feedback and no resolution. When you contact customer care they have no care and Nehaal was the most uninterested agent I spoke to. I don't understand the point of her job if there is nothing she can do. I am tired of calling the store and begging for this to be resolved.
