COMPLAINT

COMPLAINT !! I bought clothes from Truworths Vredenburg end November for Christmas presents. The people could not fit the clothes before the time, because it was presents and also covid. Therefore I bought the presents to give on Christmas day. The jeans and t-shirt there after did not fit the people. I live 2 hours drive from the nearest Truworths store which is Vredenburg, and only go there if I have other business to do there. Therefore the soonest I was able to return was the first week of January. I understand they have a 30 day return policy, but they clearly do not understand that you cannot drive 400 km on a day only to change clothes. The clothes has not been worn, still have there tags on and have the original slip. I do not see the problem why they cannot assist to return the clothes.

This matter has still not been resolved. For Truworths still do not except return of clothing. Even though it still has tags on, never been worn and still have original slip. Do not want to exchange with only reason given not within 30 days. Once again, I do NOT live 10 minutes drive from nearest shop. So this matter has not been resolved, I still have clothes with me that cannot be worn, because it does not fit!
