I had the most disturbing call from your collections agent. My account overdue by 12 odd days to be treated like that is unacceptable. I hope the Truworths management can trace this call and improve your strategy when it comes to this. I have been a customer for 10yrs plus and this experience is enough to to close off my account - Thanks
