Please note that I was at mall of the south yesterday Earth child and when I went there to return an item, i was assisted by a light skinned guy who was not wearing a name tag, He then called his manager which was a light skinned lady wearing a pink long shirt and a colorful duk while she was authorizing my refund i asked her a question why are the shoes showing R230 while u authorizing 150 she then told me i can't read this thing was on sale, asked her why are being rude she then responded that if she was rude she was gonna throw me on top of the roof. This was very shocking for me because i am a very loyal customer at truworths and this service is uncalled for she also didn't have a name tag refused to give me her name and she told me she is a manager of the store and there's absolutely nothing I will do i called the call center spoke to Veronica seeing that the store made a mistake by doing refund and gave me my item back they then told me i must give the same lady who disrepected me my phone I spoke to Veronica i was on hold for 30 minutes till i hanged up this has got to show that's there's lot of ***** at truworths if they can't even pick up that they made this huge mistake i will never take this unattended at all i am in the position of the shoes i returned and the slip will not be held accountable for lack of customer care if people are lazy to work with customers they must just stay home simple. People are looking for jobs and are very keen fo work
