Complaint

I took my lunch to go and pay my account, it's 40 minutes now waiting in a queue. They allow all payments to go only to one till. The other two tills are for people buying. The cashiers are very slow, I think may be they need to go for lunch as well. I wonder if it make any business sense to open only three tills during peek time?
