Complaint and Compliment

Customer feedback - Complaint When the sale started I visited Truworths Bloemfontein downtown and was looking for a sale item. There was only a size 28 jacket available and I was looking for a size 34. Jeanette (***) was the helpfull staff member who assisted me. She ordered the jacket for me and requested for it to be delivered at Truworths Mimosa Mall, Bloemfontein. I had to go back to the store a 2nd time. Once again Jeanette ordered the jacket for me again. Each time the system showed that the item was available. I was determined to get the jacket and decided to phone the Fashion Delivery store and spoke to Zizipo. I phoned headoffice *** / . Customer service no one was able to help or tried to help. I have to compliment Zolizwa and Shireen from Sandton City ***). I traced the jacket to the Sandton City store and asked Solizwa to help me to get the jacket. Customer service told me that Sandton City was not on the courier route which meant that I would not be able to get the jacket delivered.

The following three ladies really must be complimented because they are outstanding and definitely put their customers first. Jeanette from Truworths (downtown) Bloemfontein Zolizwa - Sandton City Shireen – Sandtron City At last I did received the jacket from Zolizwa and Shireen.
