complaint about Truworths staff Chwayita no Surname
today on the 17th of September I went to Truworths in Mdantsane to return a purchase she had made for me, a adidas sneaker of which I saw that the glue was starting to come off. we waited for the store manager named Chwayita who refused to give us her surname and said shes the only chwayita that works at the store my sister said she need to wear her name tag and she said she doesnt have to and its at the office she said she sees nothing wrong with the sneakers and I asked would other people see theres something wrong yet she doesnt she said we will have to wait for another person to check the sneakers but hes not available at the moment we when will he be available she said she doesnt know and she was very cheeky and its not the first time my sister the account holder has been complaining about her. she told us to leave the sneakers behind and she will call the account holder if the other person agrees that the glue is really coming off... please help my sister out as she has vouched to never buy at truworths mdantsane again because her complaints go nowhere.. all in all we left the sneakers at the shop and she did not bother taking my sisters contact numbers
