COMPLAINT

I have had a very poor customer experience today at the shop, had to change hand watch 3 times because of their fault, when I asked for a manager, an Indian guy named "Sumeel Jankeeparsad came and gave me the worst service a manager can give to a customer! I was furious, not that he cared about it... Thats Truworths in Gateway Durban.... Worse service ever from a so called manager.... He should not be working as a manager he is a disgrace and I will close my account as soon as I'm done paying the store.
