Complaint

Truworths ***** Department and MBD Collection agencies call me three to four times a day demanding that I pay clothing account which does not belong to me till I provide them with copy of my ID card. They confirmed to me over a telephone ( which I believe should be recorded) that ID copy used to open account is not mine and the person opened account provided Cape Town residential address , I live in Pretoria. I requested them to check their store cameras as well. What scares me is that they tell me that they called me for confirmation on the day account was opened and apparently I was not co-operating but account in question did not have my correct contact and I did not receive a call from them that day. I fear that *****ster is working for Truworths and they want my ID copy to turn things against me. Truworths management, kindly look into this and remove my name from this blacklist and stop calls to me - I don't have any business relations with your teams.
