complaint

Good day. My account has been settled by bayport credit solutions but when i check my debt review it say i have an outstanding amount of R435 from truworths i did pay off my debt but why they are still saying i have an outstanding amount of R435.00. i also need to close the account with them. can this matter please be resolve as soon as possible they must remove my name from debts.
