Complaint

Would like to lay a complaint truworth Maponya. They refuse to refund me. The manager refuse she doesn't want to give my money back.They advise that the item is damaged. I collected it yesterday How can it be damaged with one. I was treated unfairly. She didn't care.she says she is running a business and I can't complaint she doesn't care.
