I will like to ask for you assistance.

There accounts that were opened without my concern about Truworths

I've send documents numerous time but I'm not getting any help, this is affecting my name, I almost lot a job opportunity because of this error.

I tried to log my complain at Johannesburg at Truworth in Eloff street but I'm not getting any help I spoke to the manager but he is not being helpful at all.

I need this to be resolved and they must send confirmation letter. i did not open any clothing account with them.
